During these sessions, we will also provide advice on ways of complimenting your treatment, which is all tailored to your personal needs. This advice includes specific stretches, targeted strengthening exercises, dietary advice, posture correction strategies, and pain management programs.
This includes Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation Massage, Swedish Massage, and Remedial Massage styles. Please let your massage therapist know what style of massage you would prefer. The appointment is 30 minutes and will include at least 20 minutes of massage.

Massage - 45 min Appointment
The appointment cost is £50.
On our 45-Minute Massage appointment, we will discuss how you have progressed since your last appointment, find out what style of massage you are after and then proceed with the massage.

The appointment cost is £66.
In our 60 Minute Massage appointment, we will discuss how you have progressed since your last appointment, find out how your symptoms have changed, and then proceed to the next massage session.
This includes Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation Massage, Swedish Massage, and Remedial Massage styles. Please let your massage therapist know what style of massage you would prefer. The appointment is 60 minutes and will include at least 50 minutes of massage.

Massage - 60 min Hot Stone
The appointment cost is £77.
Lava Shell massage uses heat from the shells to massage and helps the muscles release deeply held tension. It's relaxing, reinvigorating, and greatly enjoyable for anyone with tense muscles. It can be either used as a full-body treatment, neck & shoulders, or adapted to your needs. The appointment is 60 minutes and will include at least 50 minutes of massage.
Massage - 90 min Appointment
The appointment cost is £99.
On our 90-minute Massage appointment, we will discuss how you have progressed since your last appointment, find out how your symptoms have changed, and then proceed to the next massage session.

If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason we ask you to give us 24 hour notice. For NEW PATIENTS, we ask for a 48 hour cancellation notice as well as rescheduling. Thank you!
Arrival Policy:
- For NEW PATIENTS: Please arrive for your first appointment 15 minutes before the start time as you will need to fill in a form before you see the Chiropractor.
- For existing patients, please arrive on time, or ideally 5 minutes before, otherwise, your appointment may have to be cut short in order to see patients that did arrive on time.
Cancellation Policy:
- Charge for less than 24 hours cancellation or 'no show' - full price of appointment
- Charge for cancellation or 'no show' in exceptional or unavoidable circumstances will be at the discretion of the Clinic Manager.
