Michael Mason is the Principle Chiropractor and clinic owner. Michael is keen on helping people recover from injury, improve their posture, hone their sports performance, and stay well. Michael works with patients of all ages including children & babies, and pregnant women. Michael is very passionate about Chiropractic and spends a lot of his time outside of the clinic attending seminars both in the UK and USA. As the Principal Chiropractor, Michael helps coach and mentor the other Chiropractors within the clinic and others across the UK.

Tamaryn Schafer

Tamaryn Schafer graduated from the University of Johannesburg where she completed her Masters Degree in Chiropractic. Tamaryn is a qualified Women's Health Coach and loves to help her patients in all aspects of health. Tamaryn's background is very family-orientated, and that is how she loves to practice Chiropractic. The techniques Tamaryn uses the most are Diversified technique, Motion Specific Technique, and Gentle Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy. Tamaryn sees New Patients of any age.

Terry Brigdale

Terry has a wealth of experience helping patients rehabilitate many different conditions and symptoms. He uses advanced assessment techniques to determine the cause of your symptoms, with the addition of on-site x-ray facilities when needed. Terry primarily uses specific Diversified adjusting techniques to help restore optimal spinal motion and alignment, allowing joints and tissue to repair and heal as they should. Terry sees New Patients of any age.

Ben Forward

Ben has wealth of experience treating patients with diverse health challenges and has honed his skills to cater to individuals aged 5 and above. Ben ensures that each patient receives personalised care tailored to their unique needs. Ben utilizes techniques such as Diversified, Motion specific technique, and Emmett soft tissue release to alleviate discomfort and restore optimal function to his patients' bodies.

Jon Mason

Jon predominantly uses gentle and non-invasive Chiropractic techniques, meaning no bending, twisting, crunching or popping of the spine. Jon sees New Patients from 12 years of age upwards.

Terms & Conditions

If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason we ask you to give us 24 hour notice. For NEW PATIENTS, we ask for a 48 hour cancellation notice as well as rescheduling. Thank you!

Arrival Policy:
- For NEW PATIENTS: Please arrive for your first appointment 15 minutes before the start time as you will need to fill in a form before you see the Chiropractor.
- For existing patients, please arrive on time, or ideally 5 minutes before, otherwise, your appointment may have to be cut short in order to see patients that did arrive on time.

Cancellation Policy:
- Charge for less than 24 hours cancellation or 'no show' - full price of appointment
- Charge for cancellation or 'no show' in exceptional or unavoidable circumstances will be at the discretion of the Clinic Manager.
